• Professional – multilingual – travelled – confident
• Work independent, but understand well the their role in the team
• Have good communication skills (writing, speaking)
• Are good with computers (CAD, BIM, WEB, PHOTOSHOP, OFFICE)
• Have worked on construction sites, or have practical construction experience
• Know what they know and know what they don’t know
